PVC Patches UK is a UK-based manufacturer of custom rubber patches, working with businesses, collectors, and individuals across the country. One of their most popular product lines is hat patches custom made for caps and beanies, using a softer, more flexible PVC that curves naturally with the shape of the headwear rather than sitting rigid or cracking. They’re available with either Velcro or sew-on backing, depending on how they’re being applied. Colour and shape tend to hold up well even after regular outdoor wear. As with the rest of their range, there’s no minimum order and every design comes with a free digital proof before production.
